Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Cancelling a subscription

• The workspace Owner cancels from the Billing page in Atmata OS.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. You keep full access until then and are not charged again.
• There is no refund or credit for the remaining days of a period that has started.
• Seats, agents and modules removed mid-period stay available until the period ends and are not refunded.

3. AI credits

• AI credits, whether included with an AI agent or bought as a top-up, are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Unused included credits expire at the end of each month; unused top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Credits are not refunded when a workspace is cancelled.

4. Setup and other services

• Setup packages and one-off services are invoiced 50% on signature and 50% at go-live unless your order form says otherwise.
• Amounts for work already started or delivered are non-refundable.
• If we cannot deliver a service we have agreed to provide, we will refund the part of the fee for the work not delivered.

5. Billing errors

If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge or a wrong amount), contact us within 30 days of the invoice at hello@atmata.ai and we will correct it and refund the difference to the original payment method.

6. Meta fees

WhatsApp and other Meta fees are billed by Meta directly. Refund requests for those fees must go to Meta.

7. Your data after cancellation

After your subscription ends, your workspace data is kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices). Contact us within those 30 days if you need an export.
